This render is done completely in Poser 7. The male character is based on Micheal 3 by DAZ studio, with a customization in the face by a commercial package also from DAZ studio. The drum, campfire, blankets, mortar and pestel are freebies from Sarah 3D's Native American project. The background, mist, eagle, spear, and rest of the clothes are from DAZ.
