The primary figure is Daz Studio's Victoria 3 model. Also from DAZ are the Christmas skirt, top, the cats, the hair, and the shoes. The alley set is a Poser World object, and the boom box is a 3ds model by Sean Considine. The plus size deformations of the woman and dress wer dialed in by hand with a lot of patience required.
