The image was rendered in Poser 6 with no post-production work. From Daz studios, we have Michael 3 in the drivers seat and David three poking out of the top of the Humvee, also from DAZ. Along with Micheal's hat, military uniforms, boots and both sets of sunglasses from Poser World. Free models include the cigarette by Charles Taylor, and David's USMC hat from Runtime DNA.
