This render is done completely in Poser 7. The male character is based on Micheal 3 by DAZ studio, with a whole lot of customization in the face by me. He is wearing part of the commercial cowbody set and part of the scout set also by DAZ studios. The background is a snow scene displayed on the "cyclorama" set. The bone table, throne, and arch are freebies by Andrew Rolfe a.k.a. Andi3D.
