The waterfall background and grass is part of the commercial DAZ environment package. The nude green lady is Stephanie Petite 3, with a number of custom head morphs to make the cranium larger and the facial features a little less human. The guy with his back to us, is the second generation James character in the default casual pants that come with the model. James' hair is also one of the two default hair styles that comes with the character. The ladies green is just playing with the color dials in the materials room.
