This render is done in Poser 7, with a some post production work on the windows of the diner. The three human characters from left to right are Michael 3, David 3 and Victoria 3 in futuristic outfits all by DAZ studios. The anti-gravity speeder is also by DAZ. The Diner in the background is by Poser World. The three people in the Diner are all low polygon Poser version 4 characters.
