The primary image was rendered in Poser 6 with the Victoria 3 character and slightly modified strand hair included as a default for the Jessi character.  The maroon cape, boots and armor are the "Amazone" set by "powerage". The sword is by "Argawal". The shadows on the floor were rendered by Poser 6, and after the lighting was added in Photoshop, the color of the shadows was changed to black.
